Information we collect

The public enquiry form may collect your name, phone number, optional email address, product interest, indicative amount and message. The website also records limited technical information for security, including a one-way hash derived from the connection address and a shortened browser identifier.

Why we use it

Finova uses enquiry information to respond, route the enquiry, maintain service records, prevent abuse, improve operations and comply with applicable obligations.

WhatsApp and email

When the website opens WhatsApp or your email application, information you send through that third-party service is also handled under that service’s privacy terms.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained only for legitimate operational, legal, security and record-keeping purposes, and should be reviewed and deleted in accordance with Finova’s approved retention procedures.

Sharing

Information may be accessed by authorised Finova personnel and contracted service providers that host or maintain the website. Finova does not sell website enquiry information.

Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, administrator authentication, role-based permissions, CSRF protection, output encoding, audit logs and browser-security headers. No website can eliminate all risk.

You may contact Finova to request correction of information submitted through the website or raise a privacy concern, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
